Sarah Pageler filed suit against Prairie Winds Family Care Dec. 6.
In court documents, she says that her supervisor, Jennifer White-Slough, became irritable with Pageler after Pageler in March 2023 shared her intent to take paid leave once her baby was born using accrued time off. Pageler says White-Slough alientated her from work events and co-workers and accused her of having anegative attitude.
