Corey Taylor & Bad Omens Unite for Haunting ‘Dust in the Wind’ Cover on Queen of the Ring Soundtrack

As the buzz for Queen of the Ring—the electrifying biopic about wrestling icon Mildred Burke— builds, Sumerian Records has unveiled a powerhouse collaboration between Corey Taylor and Bad Omens. Their haunting take on the Kansas classic “Dust in the Wind”, produced by Aaron Gilhuis, sets the tone for the official motion picture soundtrack, dropping March 7 alongside the film.

Written and directed by Ash Avildsen, Queen of the Ring tells the untold story of Mildred Burke, the trailblazing wrestler who defied the odds in the 1930s-50s, becoming the first million-dollar female athlete and headlining arenas against male competitors in an era when women’s wrestling was banned across much of the U.S.

Starring Emily Bett Rickards in a career-defining role as Burke, the film also features Josh Lucas, Walton Goggins, Gavin Casalegno, Tyler Posey, Deborah Ann Woll, and pro wrestling stars Kamille, Toni Storm, Trinity Fatu, and Jim Cornette.

Timed for International Women’s Day weekend, Queen of the Ring isn’t just a film—it’s a tribute to the fearless women who changed history. Get ready to witness wrestling’s greatest underdog story when it hits theaters on March 7.
