This warrant stems from January 19, 2023, case where it was reported Klemick had threatened a 51-year-old man. Klemick remains confined with a total bond of $67,000, this warrant held a bond of $6,000,

Elizabeth Bennett, 26, of Manhattan was arrested on June 3, 2023, around 1:00 a.m. for driving under the influence, endangering a child, and two counts of aggravated endangering a child after officers were called to 1300 block of Wreath Ave. in Manhattan to the report of a car hitting a parked car. Bennett was found to have children inside her car that had hit the parked car and was intoxicated. Bennett was issued a total bond of $10,000 and is no longer confined at the time of this report.

Donnithan Jones, 30, of Manhattan was arrested on June 4, 2023, around 7:15 p.m. on his three Riley County District Court warrants all for failure to appear. These warrants stem from Jones’ failure to appear in court for original charges of violation of the offender registration act, possession of opiate, opium, narcotic, or certain stimulant, and attempted theft. Jones remains confined in the Riley County Jail with a total bond of $38,000.

Austin Swafford, 38, of Manhattan was arrested on June 4, 2023, around 11:30 p.m. on his Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear and Manhattan Municipal Court warrant for probation violation. The failure to appear warrant stems from Swafford’s failure to appear in court for original charges of identity theft in connection to nine cases. The probation violation warrant stems from an original charge of battery. Swafford remains confined in the Riley County Jail with a total bond of $5,000.
