Officers responded to the report of an injury crash near the intersection of Anderson Ave. and Madison Rd. in Manhattan on December 18, 2022, around 6:30 p.m. When officers arrived on scene, they found a 2008 Hyundai Accent driven by Thomas Cohagen, 71, of Leondardville had crashed into a ditch. Cohagen was transported to Via Christi for treatment of minor injuries.
