Cody Whitmore, 21, of Manhattan, was arrested while in the 1000 block of South Seth Child Road on January 15, 2024 around 1:35 PM. Whitmore was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. The original charges were for domestic battery x2. Whitmore was issued a total bond of $6,000 and was confined at the time of this report.
