A 32-year-old Manhattan woman was arrested on October 22, 2024, following an incident that occurred around 3:20 p.m. in the 400 block of Walters Drive. Officers responded to reports that the woman had trespassed on private property and assaulted a 35-year-old woman and a 29-year-old man.

Upon arrival, law enforcement found the suspect in possession of drug paraphernalia. During the arrest, she allegedly interfered with officers and was charged with two counts of battery on a law enforcement officer.

The woman was taken into custody and is facing charges that include criminal trespass, possession of drug paraphernalia, interference with a law enforcement officer, and battery on a law enforcement officer. She was issued a total bond of $15,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
