On October 22, 2024, at approximately 10:55 p.m., officers responded to an incident in the 400 block of North 4th Street in Manhattan. A 34-year-old woman, Tierra Jackson, was arrested following reports of a collision and subsequent offenses.

According to the police report, a 19-year-old woman was listed as the victim after Jackson allegedly struck an object. Jackson faces multiple charges, including driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving, aggravated battery, failure to provide required information, transporting an open container, and interference with law enforcement.

Jackson was issued a total bond of $12,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report. The investigation is ongoing, and no further details have been released.
