A Wichita man was arrested on Friday afternoon in Manhattan.
36-year-old Matthew Hinton was arrested just before 3:00pm at City Park on Fremont Street.
Hinton was charged with a single count of indecent liberties with a child less than 16 years of age and two counts of sexual exploitation of a child and employment of a child under the age of 18.
Hinton was arrested and booked into Riley County Jail and is currently being held on a $150,000 bond.
