Health officials are seeing COVID-19 cases rising in Manhattan.
Ascension Via Christi president Bob Copple told The Mercury that over the last week, the hospital has had one to five outpatients in the emergency department each day and three to five inpatients.
Copple said most of those are not there primarily because of COVID.
