Two men charged in the murder of a local man last month are set to be in court on Tuesday afternoon for a status hearing.

31-year-old Antwajuane McNeil and 20-year-old Aiden Keener of Ogden were arrested by police and charged with a slew of charges headlined by charges of 1st degree murder following the shooting death of Manhattan resident Don Stovall on the evening of Saturday Oct. 19. Police arrested Keener the following morning after conducting a search warrant in an Ogden home and McNeil was arrested later that week.

According to documents obtained through a Kansas Open Records Request last week, a third man was reportedly at the scene named Griffin the night of the incident. It is unknown at this time if he’s been charged in this case.

This afternoon’s hearing gets underway at 1 p.m. in Riley County District Court before Judge John McNish.
