Pottawatomie County Sheriff’s and Wamego Police Officer’s responded to a vehicle collision on Wednesday morning at K-99 and US-24.
Officers responded to a 911 call at 7:09 am to a two-vehicle collision involving a Cadillac SRX driven by 26 year old Audrey Powell of Wamego and a Mitsubishi Outlander driven by 36 year old Rachel Huffman of Ogden.
An investigation determined that Powell was south bound on K-99 and disobeyed the traffic signal at the intersection and then struck the Outlander.
Huffman, who had a juvenile passenger in the vehicle, was transported to a local hospital for minor injuries. No one else reported any injuries.
The Kansas Highway Patrol also responded to this crash.
