Two Manhattan residents were arrested early Tuesday morning following a reported domestic disturbance, according to the Riley County Police Department.

Officers filed a report at approximately 11:10 p.m. April 20th, 2026, in Manhattan for criminal damage to property and domestic battery. A 51-year-old woman and a 41-year-old man were both listed as victims and suspects.

Jon Thomas Harold, 41, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 12:34 a.m. April 21st on charges of criminal damage to property and domestic battery. Michelle Lynn Book, 51, of Manhattan, was also arrested at approximately 12:41 a.m. on a charge of domestic battery.

Harold was issued a total bond of $6,000, while Book was issued a total bond of $2,000. Both remain confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
