A Topeka man was arrested Thursday afternoon in Manhattan on a Riley County District Court warrant, according to authorities.
Jeremy Richmond, 34, was taken into custody at approximately 4:52 p.m. Feb. 19th, 2026, at the Riley County Law Enforcement Center on a warrant for failure to appear. The warrant stems from original charges that include flee and elude, contributing to child misconduct, aggravated endangerment of a child and interference with a law enforcement officer.
Richmond was issued a total bond of $20,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
