The K-State football team picked up its second major commitment in 24 hours yesterday as four-star wide receiver Trae Davis announced his plans to attend the school.

Davis was originally committed to Washington State but pulled back on that as K-State’s interest warmed.

The senior wide receiver is Troup High School’s single game, season and career record-holder in receptions, receiving yards, touchdowns and return yards. For the season, Davis collected 67 catches for 1,245 yards and 20 scores.

The Cats also picked up the commitment of transfer offensive lineman Easton Kilty Monday night. The Wisconsin-native is leaving North Dakota and was rated as the number two available offensive lineman in the transfer portal.
