Two wounded football teams will meet on Saturday with the hopes of closing out their season on a high-note after some midseason rough patches.

Cincinnati is on a three-game losing streak, with losses at Colorado, West Virginia, and Iowa State. In conference play, Cincinnati is 1-3 on the road and 2-1 at home.

K-State, meanwhile, is on a two-game losing skid, losing at Houston and at home last week versus Arizona State. Scott Satterfield is in his second year as the Bearcats’ head coach going 3-9 last season. He previously coached at Appalachian State for six seasons and Louisville for four seasons. He has an overall record of 84-62 in 12 seasons.
