Following a rain-soaked loss on the road to Houston two weeks ago, No. 16 Kansas State is back in action this weekend after a week of rest and refocus, ready to face a talented and feisty Arizona State team.
The Sun Devils are on a two-game win-streak, beating Oklahoma State on the road two weeks ago and winning at home against UCF. Coach Kenny Dillingham is in his second season at Arizona State, he went 3-9 last season and has outperformed expectations this year with a 7-2 record. Arizona State is in its first year in the Big 12 and was picked to finish last in the preseason poll. Arizona State has been one of the surprises in the conference and will go to a bowl game for the first time since 2021.
