Football season is here, and the K-State Wildcats are back in action on Saturday versus FCS opponent Tennessee-Martin of the Ohio Valley Conference. UT-Martin was picked to win the Ohio Valley Conference in their preseason poll and was unofficially No. 27 in the FCS Preseason Coaches Poll.
Quarterback Kinkead Dent, who is in his second year at UT-Martin after having spent his first four seasons at Ole Miss as a backup, threw for 2,295 yards, 25 touchdowns, and eight interceptions last season. Dent was named second-team all-conference and is back for his sixth year of eligibility.
