After suffering their first conference loss by a single point Saturday on the road, the K-State men are back in Manhattan to face ninth-ranked Baylor. The matchup is the only one this season between the squads because of the unbalanced schedule and marks another meeting between Scott Drew on the Baylor bench and his former long-time assistant Jerome Tang coaching the Wildcats.
      Tang – on Drew

For K-State, this is the first time this season they’ve faced a top 10 squad, but they go in unsure of Dai Dai Ames’ availability. The guard was said by Tang Monday to be improving after an injury kept him from Saturday’s loss at Texas Tech.
Baylor, meanwhile, is hitting nearly 51 percent of its shots including a hot 42 percent from three as four players average double figures in points.
Tang – Baylor has a ton of shooters

The game marks the return of students to Manhattan, despite classes being cancelled today.
Tang – Excited for students being back

Game time tonight is at seven, with coverage on Newsradio KMAN following Chiefs Kingdom at six. Coverage on 101.5 KROCK will begin at six.
