The St. Thomas More Catholic Church Ladies held their 33rd annual Cookie Carousel on Saturday.
The event, which happened in the main gymnasium at the church and saw several pounds of cookies and other treats sold.

Kroosh says that the money gained from the event will mainly go towards Goodcare Home Shelter and Hospice but that residents who attended the event will also have a choice of picking another charity to receive money from the event.

Rebecca Gould, who has participated in the event since the 1st Cookie Carousel, spoke about how the event has changed since they first began the event in 1991.

Gould also spoke about her mouse cookies that she brought to the event.

The St. Thomas More Ladies have raised close to $80,000 in past events.
