A Salina man was arrested Thursday night on a Riley County warrant tied to drug-related charges, according to authorities.
Benigno David Aquino Jr., 42, of Salina, was taken into custody at approximately 9:37 p.m. May 21th, 2026, in the 1000 block of South Seth Child Road, the location of the Riley County Law Enforcement Center.
Aquino was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant, failure to appear and use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia in the human body. The arrest stems from an original report filed in December 2025.
Aquino was issued a total bond of $8,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
