FLUSH — In one of the most dramatic finishes of the season, Rock Creek senior Gavin Rosa buried a contested three-pointer at the buzzer to lift the Mustangs to a 43-41 victory over Bishop Miege in the sub-state championship.
The win sent Rock Creek to the Class 4A state quarterfinals while keeping its perfect season alive at 25-0.
