Riley County officials are looking for residents to serve on various advisory committees.
County Clerk Rich Vargo said Monday, in a press release, that open positions include the Riley County Council on Aging, Law Enforcement Agency Board, Riley County Planning Board as well as others.
County officials encourage interested residents to check the Riley County website to see a full list of openings. Citizens can fill out an application online or in-person, and they are due by December 2nd, 2024.
All board applications are reviewed by the three elected members of the Riley County Board of County Commissioners who make final decisions about appointments.
