Julie Gibbs is no longer the Riley County health director.
County officials confirmed Friday that Gibbs was not employed by the county as of Aug. 29. They would not give details about the circumstances of her departure.
Riley County fiscal analyst Shelley Hayes also ceased employment with the county on that date.
