RCPD Report: Jan. 4, 2021

Officers filed a report for aggravated assault near mile marker 184 on Fort Riley Blvd. in Manhattan on December 31, 2020, at approximately 4:20 p.m. Officers listed a 24-year-old female and 24-, 4-, and 2-year-old males as the victims when it was reported a 21-year-old male suspect pointed a gun at them. Abed Sbeih, 21, of Ft. Riley was arrested on December 31, 2020, at approximately 4;51 p.m. on the offenses of four counts of aggravated assault. Sbeih was issued a total bond of $5,000.00 and is no longer confined at the time of this report.

Officers filed a report for theft and flee and elude in the 400 block of N. 10th St. in Manhattan on December 31, 2020, at approximately 4:53 p.m. Officers listed a 22-year-old female as the victim when it was reported a 26-year-old male had stolen her 2010 Ford Fusion and fled officers. Cody Armbrister, 26, of Winfield was arrested on January 2, 2021, at approximately 4:19 p.m. on the offenses of possession of stolen property, theft, and flee or attempt to elude LEO. Armbrister is confined in the Riley County Jail on a $6,000.00 bond.

Officers filed a report for aggravated burglary in the 1600 block of Denholm Dr. in Manhattan on January 1, 2021, at approximately 9:10 a.m. Officers listed 67- and 46-year-old females and an 81-year-old male as the victims when it was reported unknown suspects entered an unlocked garage and stole a white 2008 Honda CRV and a white 2008 Lexus ES.
