Jake Lindsey, 38, of Manhattan, was arrested on September 3, 2024, at approximately 2:33 PM in the 2100 block of Northview Drive. Lindsey was arrested on the probable cause offense of violation of a protection order. Total bond was set at $6,000. Lindsey was not confined at the time of this report.
Evan Volker, 38, of Assaria, Kansas, was arrested on September 3, 2024, at approximately 3:30 PM in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road. Volker was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for rape and aggravated indecent liberties with a child. Total bond was set at $50,000. Volker was confined at the time of this report.
