Kyle Tarpey, 20, of Ogden, was arrested on Sept. 17, 2025, at approximately 2:11 p.m. in the 1000 block of Seth Child Road in Manhattan on 27 counts of violating the offender registration act, five counts of perjury and one count of aggravated violation of the offender registration act. This arrest stems from a report filed in August 2025. Tarpey was issued a total bond of $100,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
