Officers listed the State of Kansas as the victim and a 25-year-old male as the suspect when it was reported he discharged a firearm within city limits.
Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property in the 300 block of Moro St in Manhattan on September 11, 2020, at approximately 5:29 pm. Officers listed a 51-year-old male as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect broke her side mirror. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $500.00.
