Officers filed a report for aggravated assault at approximately 6:40 p.m. on Aug. 27, 2026 in the 3400 block of Newbury. Victims listed included a 44-year-old man a 48-year-old woman. A 43-year-old woman, known to the victims, was listed as the suspect when it was reported an assault with a firearm took place. This case is a result of an incident that reportedly took place in March 2026.

Officers responded to a report of an injury accident at approximately 9:24 a.m. on Aug. 27 near Juliette Avenue and Bluemont Avenue. Upon arrival, officers found a 2013 GMC Sierra, driven by Timothy Bohl, 46, of Manhattan, had driven off the road and into a tree line. Bohl was transported to Via Christi Hospital for injuries.
