Police are investigating a reported aggravated assault involving a handgun near Westwood Road and Fort Riley Boulevard.

Officers filed a report at approximately 1:58 p.m. Aug. 11 after a 25-year-old man reported that a known male suspect made threats while armed with a handgun.

No additional details were immediately available.
