Rebekah Lynn Marie Doyal, 29, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 2:21 a.m. on Aug. 11, 2026 in the 300 block of Allen Road on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. This arrest stems from an original charge of driving while suspended. Doyal was issued a total bond of $5,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
Officers filed a report for theft of property or services at approximately 9:54 a.m. on Aug. 10 in the 500 block of McCall Road. Menards was listed as the victim when it was reported a known suspect rented flooring roller tool in May and has not yet returned it. The total estimated loss associated with this case is $1,014.99.
