Donte Long, 24, of Manhattan was arrested on a Kansas Department of Corrections warrant for probation violation on July 2, 2025, at approximately 6:25 a.m. Long was issued no bond and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
Eleanor Fisher, 49, of Manhattan was arrested on a Geary County District Court warrant for probation violation on July 2, 2025, at approximately 8:57 a.m. Fisher was issued a total bond of $25,000 and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
Officers filed a report for burglary in the 100 block of Deep Creek Rd. in Manhattan on July 2, 2025, at approximately 9:32 a.m. Bayer Construction was listed as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect took construction materials.
