Officers responded to a report of a fatality crash near in the 3700 block of K-177 on July 28 at approximately 2:05 p.m. Kansas Highway Patrol responded and filed the crash report while RCPD officers assisted on crash scene. Officers filed a report for criminal use of a financial card at approximately 11:35 a.m. on July 28 in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road. ATT was listed as the victim when it was reported a known suspect used a company credit card for personal purchases. The total estimated loss associated with this case is $17,850.

Officers filed a report of aggravated assault at approximately 11:12 a.m. on July 28 in the 100 block of Bluemont Avenue. A 25-year-old man was listed as the victim. A known 44-year-old man was listed as the suspect when it was reported he brandished a firearm during an argument in a parking lot.
