Dwayne Lamont Wright, 52, of New Century, was arrested at approximately 11:35 a.m. on July 14, 2026 in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road on a Clay County District Court warrant for failure to appear. This arrest stems from an original charge of possession of methamphetamine. Wright was issued a total bond of $10,000 and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail.
