Officers filed a report for theft and criminal use of a financial card in the 700 block of Poyntz Ave. in Manhattan on June 6, 2025, at approximately 10:26 a.m. Landmark National Bank was listed as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect used a debit card to make fraudulent purchases. The estimated total loss associated with this report is $12,531.18. Anyone with information can contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.

Zachary Tilton, 37, of Manhattan was arrested on June 6, 2025, at approximately 3:35 p.m. on a Riley County District court warrant for failure to appear. This warrant stems from an original charge of driving while suspended; 3rd or subsequent offense. Tilton was issued a total bond of $10,000 and is no longer confined at the time of this report.

Officers filed a report for criminal trespass and theft in the 900 block of Thurston St. in Manhattan on June 7, 2025, at approximately 3:51 p.m. A 33-year-old woman was listed as the victim when it was reported a 40-year-old man went onto her property and took her bicycle and bicycle lock. The man was also later found to be in the possession of an illegal substance. The estimated total loss associated with this report is $325.00. Austin Swafford, 40, of Manhattan was arrested for criminal trespass, theft, possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant and on a Manhattan Municipal court warrant for failure to appear. The warrant stems from an original charge of theft. Swafford was issued a total bond of $6,500 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

Officers filed a report for theft in the 900 block of N 11th St. in Manhattan on June 8, 2025, at approximately 11:56 a.m. A 20-year-old man was listed as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect took two Rigid toolboxes containing tools and a paint sprayer from his vehicle. The estimated total loss associated with this report is $2,500. Anyone with information can contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.

Kelsi Boyett, 30, of Kansas City, Kansas was arrested on June 8, 2025, at approximately 8:00 a.m. on two Johnson County (Texas) District Court warrants for failure to appear. Boyett was issued no bond and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

Amanda Defulvio, 34, of Junction City, Kansas was arrested on June 8, 2025, at approximately 11:29 p.m. on two Manhattan Municipal court warrants for two counts of failure to appear. These warrants stem from original charges of revocation of probation, resisting arrest or obstruction of an officers duties, and theft. Defulvio was issued no bond and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
