Jeffrey Tinnean, 59, of Manhattan, was arrested on June 25, 2024, at approximately 9:20 AM on the probable cause offenses of aggravated batter, domestic batter, and stalking. Total bond was set at $10,000. Tinnean was confined at the time of this report.
