Sean David Downey, 38, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 2:30 p.m. on June 23, 2026 in the 200 block of Tuttle Creek Blvd. on an Arapahoe (Colo.) County District Court warrant under the uniform criminal extradition act. Downey was issued no bond and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
