Anthony Toliver, 36, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 11:11 a.m. on June 22, 2026 in the 100 block of Courthouse Plaza on a Riley County District Court warrant for 38 counts of violating a protection order, one count of domestic battery, one of count of aggravated intimidation of a witness/victim and one count of aggravated burglary. This arrest stems from a report filed in May 2026. Toliver was issued a total bond of $8,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
Officers filed a report of aggravated indecent liberties with a child at approximately 9:48 a.m. on June 22 in Manhattan. A 16-year-old female was listed as the victim. A 20-year-old male known to the victim was listed as the suspect. Due to the nature of the crime reported, no additional information will be released.
Quintin Anthony Daniels, 21, of Aberdeen (Md.), was arrested at approximately 9:40 a.m. on June 22 in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. This arrest stems from original charges of battery of a law enforcement officer, interference with a law enforcement officer, domestic battery, and criminal damage to property. Daniels was issued no bond and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
