Clifton Robert Mullins, 47, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 12 a.m. on June 9, 2026 on a Riley County District Court warrant for criminal damage to property and theft of property or services. This arrest stems from a report originally filed in November 2025. Mullins was issued a total bond of $5,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
