Benigno David Aquino Jr, 42, of Salina, was arrested at approximately 9:37 p.m. on May 21, 2026 in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road on a Riley County District Court warrant for possession of opiate/opium/narcotic or certain stimulant, failure to appear and use/possess with intent to use drug paraphernalia into the human body. This arrest stems from an original report filed in December 2025. Aquino Jr. was issued a total bond of $8,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
