Rachelle Diane Santiago, 59, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 12:27 a.m. on May 12, 2026 in the 700 block of Allison Avenue on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. This arrest stems from original charges of non-residential burglary. Santiago was issued a total bond of $16,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
Officers filed a report of burglary at approximately 11:39 a.m. on May 11 in the 2000 block of Hayes Drive. A 46-year-old man was listed as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect damaged doors and windows to enter multiple properties. The total estimated loss associated with this case is $1,000.
