Officers filed a report of aggravated assault at approximately 1:46 a.m. on April 4, 2026 in the 1200 block of Moro Street. Tevin Anthony Colquhoun, 25, of Manhattan, was arrested at 3 a.m. on April 4. Colquhoun was issued a total bond of $5,000 and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail.
Officers filed a report of aggravated assault at approximately 9:03 p.m. on April 3 in Manhattan. A 15-year-old male was listed as the victim when it was reported a known 14-year-old male suspect chased him with a knife.
Officers filed a report of a stolen vehicle at approximately 2:28 p.m. on April 3 in the 1500 block of Pierre Street. A 40-year-old man was listed as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect stole his 2011 silver Honda Accord. The total estimated loss associated with this case is $5,000. Anyone with information, contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward up to $1,000.
Joshua Keith Downey, 29, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 9:47 a.m. on April 3 in Manhattan for aggravated endangering of a child and aggravated battery. This arrest stems from a report originally filed in December 2025. Downey was issued a total bond of $30,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
