
Officers filed a report of aggravated robbery and aggravated battery in the 1100 block of Moro St. on April 12, 2025, at approximately 11:00 p.m. A 17-year-old male was listed as a victim and reported that multiple persons had battered him. The 17-year-old listed victim reported that property was stolen from his person during the incident. Arrested in connection with the incident were Amarion Blanton, 15, of Manhattan and Joshua Davis Jr., 17, of Manhattan. Blanton, was arrested on April 22, 2025, at approximately 2:32 p.m. in the 1700 block of Winne Drive, for aggravated robbery and aggravated battery. Blanton is confined in the North Central Kansas Regional Juvenile Detention Center. Davis Jr. was arrested on April 22, 2025, at approximately 2:12 p.m. in the 400 block of Brookmont Drive, for aggravated robbery and aggravated battery. Davis Jr. is confined in the North Central Kansas Regional Juvenile Detention Center.
David Linquist, 55, of Topeka, Kansas, was arrested on April 22, 2025, at approximately 1:30 p.m. at 1001 S. Seth Child Road, on a Riley County District Court warrant for aggravated domestic battery and domestic battery. Linquist was issued a total bond of $5,000 and is no longer confined at the time of this report.
Corondus Sims, 25, of Manhattan, was arrested on April 22, 2025, at approximately 10:57 a.m. in the 100 block of S. 4th Street, on a Riley County District Court warrant for two counts of failure to appear. This warrant stems from the original charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sims remains confined in the Riley County Jail with a total listed bond of $7,000.
Valjay McLean, 32, of Junction City, KS, was arrested on April 14, 2025, at approximately 2:27 p.m. in Geary County, KS, on a Manhattan Municipal Court warrant for disorderly conduct. McLean was issued a total bond of $750 and is no longer confined at the time of this report.
William Cott, 56, of Topeka, KS, was arrested on April 14, 2025, at approximately 10:19 a.m. in Shawnee County, KS, on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. This warrant stems from the original charges of distribution of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Cott was issued a total bond of 8,000 and is no longer confined at the time of this report.
