Officers filed a report of criminal damage to property and domestic battery at approximately 11:10 p.m. on April 20, 2026 in Manhattan. A 51-year-old woman and a 41-year-old man were listed as victims and suspects. Jon Thomas Harold, 41, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 12:34 a.m. on April 21 for criminal damage to property and domestic battery. Harold was issued a total bond of $6,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report. Michelle Lynn Book, 51, of Manhattan, was also arrested for domestic battery at approximately 12:41 a.m. Book was issued a total bond of $2,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
Skylar Madison Henson, 29, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 5:59 p.m. on April 20 in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road on a Kansas Department of Corrections warrant for parole violation. Henson was issued no bond and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of the report.
Robert Taylor Jordan Gibbons, 36, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 3 p.m. on April 20 in the 100 block of Courthouse Plaza on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. This arrests stems from original charges of criminal threat. Gibbons was issued a total bond of $10,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
Donnie Raylawrence Downs, 39, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 2:07 p.m. on April 20 in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. This arrest stems from original charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia, and criminal use of a firearm. Downs was issued a total bond of $20,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
