John Martin, 44, of Manhattan was arrested on April 12, 2024, at approximately 5:00 PM in the 100 block of Courthouse Place. Martin was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for stalking, violation of a protection order x 8, and burglary. Martin was issued a total bond of $70,000 and was not confined at the time of this report.
Jon Marte, 25, of Manhattan, was arrested on April 12, 2024, in the 700 block of Humboldt Street at approximately 7:46 PM. Marte was arrested on probable cause violations of driving under the influence (4th or subsequent conviction), driving while a habitual violator, and driving while suspended. Marte was issued a total bond of $9,000 and was confined at the time of this report.
