Cole Ramsey, 22, of Manhattan, was arrested on March 6, 2025, at approximately 6:12 AM in the 400 block of Ehlers Road. Ramsey was arrested on the probable cause offenses of interference with an LEO, flee & elude, and reckless driving. Total bond was set at $6.000. Ramsey was not confined at the time of this report.
Rachelle Santiago, 57, of Manhattan, was arrested on March 6, 2025, at approximately 7:30 PM in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road. Santiago was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for burglary, criminal damage to property, and theft of property or services. Total bond was set at $8,000. Santiago was confined at the time of this report.
