Auston Korszeniewski, 26, of Manhattan, was arrested while in the 1000 block of South Seth Child Road in Manhattan on March 6, 2024, at approximately 3:10 PM. Korszeniewski was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation x 3. The original charges in this matter are identity theft x 2, unlawful possession of a controlled substance x 2, flee and elude x 2, possession of drug paraphernalia, and theft. Korszeniewski was issued a total bond of $150,000 and was confined at the time of this report.
