Samantha Harris, 40, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 11:58 a.m. on March 23, 2026 near 5th Street and Houston Street on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. This arrest stems from original charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal trespass. Harris was issued a total bond of $6,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
