Officers filed a report for violation of protection orders at approximately 9 a.m. on March 16, 2026 in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road. Joshua Downey, 29, of Manhattan, was arrested at 2:40 p.m. on 15 counts of violating protection orders. Downey was issued a total bond of $5,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
