Officers filed a report for property damage near the intersection of 3rd Street and Osage Place in Manhattan on December 27, 2023 at approximately 7:26 a.m. Officers listed Werner Semi and the City of Manhattan as the victims when it was reported a known suspect hit multiple street light posts. The estimated total loss associate with this case is $7,500.
Andrea McCann,38, was arrested for a probable cause warrant for aggravated battery and criminal damage to property on December 27, 2023 at approximately 7:26 p.m. in the 300 block of Knox Lane. Her bond is set at $8,000 and was confined at the time of this report.
