The following summary of calls for service/reports filed by the Riley County Police Department is a portion of those received by police. Some names, addresses, and case details are withheld to follow local, state, and federal law as well as in an attempt to protect community members from being victimized further. Those arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
MANHATTAN, KAN. –
Officers filed a report for battery and criminal damage to property in the 400 block of Clydesdale Dr. in Ogden on December 1, 2020, at approximately 10:05 p.m. Officers listed Opportunites Unlimited and a 38-year-old male as the victims when it was reported a 15-year-old male suspect battered the victim and damaged a door. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $550.00. Jesus Luna Jr., 15, of Ogden was arrested on the offenses of criminal damage to property and battery. Luna Jr. is no longer confined at the time of this report.
